I have been doing HITT workouts and training with dumbbells for several years. I heard about Sebrina's Clinic and decided to give it a try. She was so friendly and welcoming, her approach allowed me to feel strong and successful at every turn. I never felt silly asking questions and I discovered that I LOVE lifting heavy!
I have learned way more than I could have hoped for, and now have my very own program that I feel comfortable following. I've learned the importance of building and maintaining muscle mass as I age and how to fuel my body through the lenses of hormones, metabolism and nutrients. Even after my clinics have ended, Sebrina is never too busy to answer my questions or offer advice.
My mindset has shifted. I now exercise to fuel my body to be strong and healthy. I've gained so much knowledge about respecting my body and what it can do while also gaining a friend. I highly recommend signing up for a clinic, you will be so glad you did!
The 6-Week Strength Training Clinic is not just another fitness program that you are going to crash and burn with. It's about sustainability and falling in love with the process of becoming stronger and healthier. Everyone has their "why" for signing up, mine was to recover from some lingering injuries leftover from two car accidents.
Strength training with Sebrina has been one of the best decisions I've made for myself. I am now part of a community of strong women; I absolutely love the identity this has given me.
